Notice of Vacancy of Board of Directors Position of the South Weber Water Improvement District

Public Notice is hereby given that, a position on the Board of Directors of the South Weber Water Improvement District became vacant on August 14, 2024, due to the resignation of Board Member, Nate Reeve. The term will expire on December 31, 2025.

Anyone interested in applying for the vacancy must meet the Constitutional and Statutory qualifications requirements for candidacy which are:

• Registered voter in the South Weber Water Improvement District

• Not convicted of a felony

Applicant must also submit a letter of application to the District by mail, postmarked by September 6th, 2024, or emailed to: southweberwater@gmail.com sent by September 6th 2024.

The District Board plans to appoint someone to the vacant position on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office Building located at 7924 South 1900 East, South Weber, UT.
